5 simple steps of yoga in 20 minutes


                   
 Yoga is a part of physical exercise. It contributes to the mental as well as spiritual part of the person. It is mostly attributed in India. By the suggestion of Indian Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi in united nation general assembly, world yoga day is celebrated on June 21 annually.As everyone knows that daily yoga will help us to attain a healthy body and mind.it is connecting line between man and nature.it is a gift of ancient Indian culture.

                         Daily yoga makes decent connection with man and nature. But most of us don’t even know the simple and basic steps of this powerful yoga. Yoga has very difficult steps also. But for the beginners I prefer simple steps.Because, to do tough steps we need a lot practice and take some risk also. Most of the steps in yoga are still steps.So we need to move from one step to another step only and no repeating is there. It will reduce boring and make it enjoyable.

                           Before starting yoga need tobe well prepared by mind and body.Then find comfortable place and time,I prefer morning time when the sun is rising. Do it on same time all day. You need a yoga mat and a towel for doing this. Wear some comfortable dress .women can wear sports bra,Tank top and leggings,and athletic shorts, T-shirts for men. Now let start the yoga.
  • Corpse pose-(Shavasana)
  • Mountain pose-(Tadasana)
  • Tree pose –(Vrikshasana)
  • Butterfly pose-(Badhakonasana)
  • Downward dog pose-(Adhomugasana)

  • Corpse pose-(Shavasana)


                       Start our yoga with shavasana or corpse pose. It is simple to perform this pose. Just lye back on the yoga mat in such a way that put both hands on the sides of the belly on ground. Maintain some gap between the legs. Then relax, inhale and exhale slowly.do this up to we can hear the heartbeat.

     Mountain pose-(Tadasana)


                       Stand straight in the yoga mat and lock your fingers with the fingers of the other hand. And lift it upward. This is the pose of tadasana.now exhale and inhale slowly. While inhale; lift upward on your fingers of leg and come down while exhale, repeat this pose.

    Tree pose –(Vrikshasana)


                        Stand straight in the yoga mat. Fold your left leg and raise it up to reach the thighs of the other. Put the sole of the feet on side of the thighs. Once you find your balance raise your hands in Namaste model above your head. After a deep exhale and inhale do the same with your right foot on the left thighs.

    Butterfly pose-(Badhakonasana)


                      Sit straight in the yoga mat. Fold your legs as the bottom of one leg touches other. Make your spine straight andrelax. Hold your feet with your hands for support. Now inhale deeply, while inhale raise your thighs and knees up and bring them down while exhale. Flap this like a butterfly. This will help the growth of inner thigh muscles and good for knees.

    Downward dog pose-(Adhomugasana)      


                        Stand on the yoga mat by placing hands and knees in the mat. Now bent up ward and form an inverted v position. Put your hands as wide as your shoulders and keep some distance between foots. Inhale and exhale deeply.
